【摘要】:Thenoiseimpactbelongstothemainloadforinhabitantsinurbanareasandleadsveryoftentocomplainsandsevereproblemsinthecourseofandaftertheurbandevelopmentplanning.Inordertoavoidsuchnegativeconsequencesitisrequiredtotakegeneralrequirementsconcerninghealthyhousingandworkingconditionsandenvironmentalconcernsintoaccount.Thisdraftdefinestermsusedforthepurposesofurbandevelopmentplanning.Inthemainpartthepracticalapplicationofnoiseallotmentprocedureisstandardised.Inaddition,alternativemethodsfortheallotmentofindustrialareasaredescribedinnormativeannexesAandB,servingtoensuretheprotectionofresidentialareasfromexcessivenoise.InannexCthepracticalapplicationisillustratedbymeansofdifferentexamples.
