【摘要】:ThispartofIEC60534definesthetestingandreportingofthestepresponseofcontrolvalvesthatareusedinthrottlingclosed-loopcontrolapplications.Acontrolvalveconsistsofthecomplete,ready-to-useassemblyofthecontrolvalvebody,theactuator,andanyrequiredaccessories.Themostprobableaccessoryisavalvepositioner.Thisstandarddoesnotdefinetheacceptablecontrolvalveperformanceforprocesscontrolnordoesitrestricttheselectionofcontrolvalvesforanyapplication.Ifthisstandardisusedforevaluationoracceptancetesting,thepartiesmayagreetodocumentedvariationsfromtheserequirements.Theinformationusingthedefinedtestmethodsisspecificallyapplicabletoclosed-loopfeedbackcontrolbutmayhavesomeapplicationtoopen-loopcontrolapplications.Itdoesnotaddressvalvesusedinon-offcontrolservice.Testsspecifiedinthisstandardmaynotbesufficienttomeasuretheperformancerequiredforallapplications.Notallcontrolvalveapplicationswillrequirethistesting.
