【摘要】:Explosivereactivityhasresultedwhenpartsmadefromsomelightalloys,typicallyhighinaluminumandmagnesium,areloadedundershearconditionswhileincontactwithcertainlubricants.Atypicalexampleisathreadedpart,lubricatedwithachlorofluorocarbongrease,pulledupnormallytight.1.1Thistestmethodisusedtoevaluateforexplosivereactivityofvariouslubricantsinthepresenceofaerospacealloysunderhighshearconditions.1.2ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Incaseswherematerials,products,orequipmentareavailableininch-poundunitsonly,SIunitsareomitted.1.3Thisstandardisusedtomeasureanddescribetheresponseofmaterials,products,orassembliestoheatandflameundercontrolledconditions,butdoesnotbyitselfincorporateallfactorsrequiredforfirehazardorfireriskassessmentofthematerials,products,orassembliesunderactualfireconditions.1.4Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
