【摘要】:Theelectricaloutputofaphotovoltaicdeviceisdependentonthespectralcontentoftheilluminationsource,itsintensity,andthedevicetemperature.Tomakestandardized,accuratemeasurementsoftheperformanceofphotovoltaicdevicesunderavarietyoflightsources,itisnecessarytoaccountfortheerrorintheshort-circuitcurrentthatoccursiftherelativespectralresponseofthereferencecellisnotidenticaltothespectralresponseofthedevicetobetested.Asimilarerroroccursifthespectralirradiancedistributionofthetestlightsourceisnotidenticaltothedesiredreferencespectralirradiancedistribution.Theseerrorsareaccountedforbythespectralmismatchparameter(describedinTestMethodE973),aquantitativemeasureoftheerrorintheshort-circuitcurrentmeasurement.Itistheintentofthistestmethodtoprovidearecognizedprocedureforcalibrating,characterizing,andreportingthecalibrationdataforprimaryphotovoltaicreferencecellsusingatabularreferencespectrum.Thecalibrationofareferencecellisspecifictoaparticularspectralirradiancedistribution.Itistheresponsibilityoftheusertospecifytheapplicableirradiancedistribution,forexampleTablesG173.Thistestmethodallowscalibrationwithrespecttoanytabularspectrum.Areferencecellshouldberecalibratedatyearlyintervals,oreverysixmonthsifthecellisincontinuoususeoutdoors.RecommendedphysicalcharacteristicsofreferencecellscanbefoundinSpecificationE1040.Becausesiliconsolarcellsmadeonp-typesubstratesaresusceptibletoalossofIscuponinitialexposuretolight,itisrequiredthatnewlymanufacturedreferencecellsbelightsoakedatanirradiancelevelgreaterthan850W/m2for2hpriortoinitialcharacterizationinSection7.1.1Thistestmethodisintendedtobeusedforcalibrationandcharacterizationofprimaryterrestrialphotovoltaicreferencecellstoadesiredreferencespectralirradiancedistribution,suchasTablesG173.TherecommendedphysicalrequirementsforthesereferencecellsaredescribedinSpecificationE1040.Referencecellsareprincipallyusedinthedeterminationoftheelectricalperformanceofphotovoltaicdevices.1.2Primaryphotovoltaicreferencecellsarecalibratedinnaturalsunlightusingtherelativespectralresponseofthecell,therelativespectraldistributionofthesunlight,andatabulatedreferencespectralirradiancedistribution.1.3ThistestmethodrequirestheuseofapyranometerthatiscalibratedaccordingtoTestMethodE816,whichrequirestheuseofapyrheliometerthatistraceabletotheWorldRadiometricReference(WRR).Therefore,referencecellscalibratedaccordingtothistestmethodaretraceabletotheWRR.1.4ThistestmethodisatechniquethatmaybeusedinsteadoftheproceduresfoundinTestMethodE1362.Thistestmethodoffersconvenienceinitsabilitytocharacterizeareferencecellunderanyspectrumforwhichtabulateddataareavailable.Theselectionofthespecificreferencespectrumislefttotheuser.1.5Thistestmethodappliesonlytothecalibrationofaphotovoltaiccellthatshowsalineardependenceofitsshort-circuitcurrentonirradianceoveritsintendedrangeofuse,asdefinedinTestMethodE1143.1.6Thistestmethodappliesonlytothecalibrationofareferencecellfabricatedwithasinglephotovoltaicjunction.1.7Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplica......
