【摘要】:Thisstandardhasbeenpreparedinordertospecifyrequirementsanddeterminationmethodsfornewlycertificatedcommercialpassengeraircraftprogrammes.Itmayalsoapplytocurrentproductionaircraft,shoulditbeshowntobetechnicallyfeasibleandeconomicallyjustifiable.Thestandarddistinguishesbetweensafety,healthandcomfortconditionsforpassengersandcrewunderavarietyofphasesofflight,includingembarkationanddisembarkation.Thestandardisintendedforuseindesign,manufacturing,maintenanceandnormaloperationofcommercialaircraft.Thestandardcommitteehastriedtomakethestandardperformancebased.Thismeansthatonlyparametersofdirecteffectonsafety,healthandcomfortofaircraftoccupantsareconsidered.Prescriptivedesignsolutions,suchasventilationflowrates,arenotdescribedintheclausesofthestandard.Nevertheless,inexceptionalcases,currenttechnologyisusedinnotes,appendicesand/orrecommendationstodescribeavailablesolutionsthatmaymeettheobjectivesofindividualrequirementsofthestandard.Regulatorybodiesmayapplythisstandardorpartsthereof.
